Tonight I made spaghetti with fresh tomatoes and peppers from my garden. I am not usually good at making spaghetti, but tonight I took special care to let the sauce simmer and cook for a long time, and I even tested the noodles before I drained them (I am notorious for undercooked noodles). I am proud to say that my husband, son and brother (all who do not care for spaghetti) all ate it and asked for more! I am so happy!

Okay supermom didn't you get off at 6pm tonight?
Yep! I prepared almost everything the night before, then cooked it when I got home. Is that cheating?
